WHOA Baby#12 - Five Secrets to Manifesting Healthy Sex

This quote was gleaned from the magazine, Natural Solutions: “Multiple worldwide surveys show that 30% of women from teens to seniors, report having little interest in sex.”

This is a WHOA Baby to me because, as women, we ARE sexual BEings. When 30% of women have no interest in sex, then our society suffers. When women are not connected with themselves and feeling good, then there are a whole lot of children, men and women unhappy. Remember that old saying “When Mama ain’t happy, Nobody’s happy!”

Here are my 5 secrets for women to manifest healthy, enjoyable, fun and replenishing sex.

1) mellow out…start with 30 seconds three times a day to breathe and feel into your body (and sexuality)

2) free yourself from outcomes and expectations…let events unfold organically

3) live in the moment…let your body feel the sensations of the moment

4) surrender to the pleasure…yep, here is the orgasmic part

5) thank your body for the experience…don’t miss this step!

Notice that these steps can be done with or without a partner. Love yourself up, and then others will automatically love you up too. :) Why do we resist healing ourselves through pleasure? As always, your thoughts are much appreciated.

BE Light

BE Love

BE the soul you are in awe of…

In Remembrance of the Beauty and Sexuality of Elizabeth Taylor

Elizabeth Taylor, with her many accomplishments, was an icon for beauty and sexuality. I send her family and dear friends many good wishes at this time of her passing.

Elizabeth Taylor represents such an amazing example of how powerful beauty and sexuality as a combination can be for a woman. Her classic films and TV appearances brought the essence of beauty and sexuality to our screens. Her personal life, although wrought with unsuccessful marriages, also showed how powerfully men respond to women comfortable with their beauty and sexuality. Eight marriages that show she got what she wanted, choosing each one of her mates. On a grander scale, the work she pioneered with AIDS/HIV, is also such a clear example of a woman’s ability to exercise her woman-ness for goodness in the world.

What if I told you that you have an Elizabeth Taylor inside of you? It’s true, and CoachBettyLIVE is committed to helping you find it.

Thank you for leading the way, Elizabeth Taylor.

Kimberly Cain is the author of a captivating novel, “Heaven,” about an exotic dancer/stripper who is closer to her God-Self than most people walking on the planet. I could not put this book down as the underlying insights into the sacredness of sexuality were revealed with a page turning story of the religious establishment challenging and abusing the concept of Inner Divinity through sensual and sexual dancing. “Heaven” is on Coach Betty’s highly recommended reading list.

WHOA Baby#12 - The Beauty in Chaos

My WHOA Baby this Wednesday comes from an email that has been circulating over the internet shining a beautiful light in the darkness of the earthquake and tsunami in Sendai, Japan. This was written by an American woman living in Sendai.

When we strip life down to the bare essentials, let our true nature show, only love and goodness is present.

Beauty comes in many forms and surrounds us everyday. Please take a moment to appreciate yours.

Blessings!

Hello My Lovely Family and Friends,

First I want to thank you so very much for your concern for me. I am very touched. I also wish to apologize for a generic message to you all. But it seems the best way at the moment to get my message to you.

Things here in Sendai have been rather surreal. But I am very blessed to have wonderful friends who are helping me a lot. Since my shack is even more worthy of that name, I am now staying at a friend’s home. We share supplies like water, food and a kerosene heater. We sleep lined up in one room, eat by candlelight, share stories. It is warm, friendly, and beautiful.

During the day we help each other clean up the mess in our homes. People sit in their cars, looking at news on their navigation screens, or line up to get drinking water when a source is open. If someone has water running in their home, they put out sign so people can come to fill up their jugs and buckets.

Utterly amazingly where I am there has been no looting, no pushing in lines. People leave their front door open, as it is safer when an earthquake strikes. People keep saying, “Oh, this is how it used to be in the old days when everyone helped one another.”

Quakes keep coming. Last night they struck about every 15 minutes. Sirens are constant and helicopters pass overhead often.

We got water for a few hours in our homes last night, and now it is for half a day. Electricity came on this afternoon. Gas has not yet come on.

But all of this is by area. Some people have these things, others do not. No one has washed for several days. We feel grubby, but there are so much more important concerns than that for us now. I love this peeling away of non-essentials. Living fully on the level of instinct, of intuition, of caring, of what is needed for survival, not just of me, but of the entire group.

There are strange parallel universes happening. Houses a mess in some places, yet then a house with futons or laundry out drying in the sun. People lining up for water and food, and yet a few people out walking their dogs. All happening at the same time.

Other unexpected touches of beauty are first, the silence at night. No cars. No one out on the streets. And the heavens at night are scattered with stars. I usually can see about two, but now the whole sky is filled.

The mountains are Sendai are solid and with the crisp air we can see them silhouetted against the sky magnificently.

And the Japanese themselves are so wonderful. I come back to my shack to check on it each day, now to send this e-mail since the electricity is on,and I find food and water left in my entranceway. I have no idea from whom, but it is there. Old men in green hats go from door to door checking to see if everyone is OK. People talk to complete strangers asking if they need help. I see no signs of fear. Resignation, yes, but fear or panic, no.

They tell us we can expect aftershocks, and even other major quakes, for another month or more. And we are getting constant tremors, rolls, shaking, rumbling. I am blessed in that I live in a part of Sendai that is
a bit elevated, a bit more solid than other parts. So, so far this area is better off than others. Last night my friend’s husband came in from the country, bringing food and water. Blessed again.

Somehow at this time I realize from direct experience that there is indeed an enormous Cosmic evolutionary step that is occurring all over the world right at this moment. And somehow as I experience the events happening now in Japan, I can feel my heart opening very wide. My brother asked me if I
felt so small because of all that is happening. I don’t. Rather, I feel as part of something happening that much larger than myself. This wave of birthing (worldwide) is hard, and yet magnificent.

Thank you again for your care and Love of me,

With Love in return, to you all,

Young American woman living in Sendai

WHOA Baby#11 - Stop and Appreciate YOU

I heard a real WHOA Baby at the 100th celebration of International Women’s Day last week. There were speakers from all over the country talking about how women have become more powerful. One area of our lives where we give up our power is in the way we feel about our bodies. This is a quote from Tamilee Webb of Exercise TV and famous video series “Buns of Steel.”

“Ninety-seven percent of Women do not like something about their bodies!!!”

Tamilee mentioned that when she was in her twenties, she did not like her body. Now that she is in her 50s, she would love to have that 20 year old body. When will we learn to love our bodies??? When you do not feel good about yourself, no matter how hard you try, you do not bring good energy onto the planet. This means that everybody loses because you don’t like the way you look! How can you be in your true womanly power if you are concerned about cellulite or looking fat or or or??? The list is quite huge as you know.

You are a beautiful soul that has a beautiful spirit and juicy body to go with it. It does not make anyone happy that you are not happy with you.

Call to Action: Take 30 seconds right now to identify something you love about the way you look. Find at least 3 ways to accent that body part in the next week.

This is for your happiness, all the people in your life, AND our world! Yes We Can overcome the insanity of women not recognizing the power of their own beauty.

CBL#119 - The Sensual Life with Monica Day

Today’s show highlights Monica Day of TheSensualLife.com. Monica describes how tapping into our sensuality allows us to experience more of life in general. Her vision includes eliminating the infamous question women so often ask, “Do I look fat in these jeans?” Monica’s work helps women (and men) understand that we were all born with orgasmic energy, and we choose to share it in a relationship. Your orgasmic nature is not outside of you. How about that for a new view on sex and orgasm? Her programs help you find your sensual self by dropping the stories and replacing them with pleasure. LOVE IT!

Coach Betty started the show with some WHOA Baby quotes which underlined the need for women to find their inner nature of sensuality. Ladies, we must stop berating our bodies…WE are beautiful BEings. Stay tuned for more on how you can rediscover this place with a new teleseries from Coach Betty on the 5 Ps to Peace, Passion, and Pleasure coming in May.

CBL #118 - Celebrating Beautiful Women on International Women’s Day

It was a distinct honor and pleasure to attend the Women Information Network‘s (WIN) 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day at the San Francisco Convention Center on Tuesday, March 8th. The room was filled with beautiful women sharing their gifts with the world. I was lucky enough to capture interviews with two very special ladies, Anne-Louise Sterry and Marci Lock. You can listen to the entire show below.

Anne-Louise Sterry and her alter ego, Aunt Lena, had the audience roaring with laughter as she delivered her empowering message of LIVE KINDNESS, EMBRACE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and CHANGE YOUR STORY. Her humor and spirit uplifted the entire room.

Based in Portland, Oregon, Anne-Louise performs nationally and internationally. She has released five recordings, of which “Making Ravioli” won a Children’s Music Web Award for Best Spoken Word Recording for Older Children. She is on the roster for Young Audiences and the Regional Arts Council in Portland.

Anne-Louise’s repertoire is extensive and encompasses many genres from the sublime to the hilarious. Impossible to overlook is Aunt Lena, Anne-Louise’s alter ego. A creation of Anne-Louise, in the guise of everyone’s out-of-the-box Italian relative, Aunt Lena mixes stories from the New Jersey homeland with cutting edge Mediterranean wisdom. For the past 10 years, she has passionately been transforming lives by empowering people with the TRUTH and knowledge of how to implement Nutrition and Fitness principles that produce rapid results that are kept for life. She teaches how to “Eat More, Work out LESS, and Experience Break Through Results” by turning your body into a Fat Burning Machine. She dosen’t just stop at teaching people how to work out for 12 minutes and burn fat for two days and eat delicious with ease. She also implements the one element missing from all other programs out there. Transforming the mind.

She discovered through her own journey of struggling with her weight, battling eating disorders, and many different diets, that changing behaviors alone does not produce long term results.
