Pause

Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation and prayer. Entering the serpentine path of a labyrinth, the walker walks slowly while quieting their mind and focusing on a spiritual question or prayer.L

The labyrinth is a metaphor for PAUSE: contemplating, centering, quieting the mind, and listening to the wisdom of your body.

How often?

PAUSE for at least 30 seconds 3 times a day and your life will change!

Simple, right??

The most challenging part of PAUSE is remembering to do it.

Simple ways to PAUSE for 30 seconds

30 seconds = 10 deep breaths

PAUSE before each meal and breathe

PAUSE in the shower and feel the water on your body and breathe

PAUSE and smell the delicious meal you are cooking and breathe

PAUSE and feast your eyes on a sunset and breathe

PAUSE and listen to one of your favorite songs

PAUSE and give your meal 100% of your attention and taste each bite
