ARTICLE - The Inner World of YOU

In this remarkable journey of life, we are confronted with choices at every bend and turn. What helps guide your choices? What is the difference between a good choice and a bad choice?  Experience has shown me that when I make a good choice, it comes from my intuition. Choices that hold some regret for me are when I have let outside sources override my inner truth. I inevitably feel bad when my core values have been compromised, AND I have no one to blame but myself.

I am such an advocate for nourishing and strengthening our inner world as it is a key to happiness, peace and joy. Let me share a helpful way to understand your inner world, and break it down so that you can see the numerous ways to develop your ability to make decisions that will honor you and your values.

You may have heard of the Wheel of Life, which illustrates how to examine 8-10 different aspects of your life and rate your satisfaction in each area. This is a beautiful snapshot of your life in the moment and how much it is flowing or NOT flowing. I have taken this same concept and applied it to the inner world of YOU.

I am starting with 8 different aspects of what makes up the inner world of YOU. There are more, but this is to demonstrate how dissecting down can create more avenues for simple and easy changes to enhance your state of well being, and good feelings about yourself.

My mission is to help women rediscover their inner beauty and sexuality so that they fall in love with themselves everytime they look in the mirror. Inner Beauty and Inner Sexuality are two aspects of your inner world. Cultivating your inner beauty and sexuality has impact on the other 6 aspects of  peace, truth, happiness, strength, love, and juice.  And just as with the wheel of life it goes with each one of these areas…you nurture one and they all get fed.

Below are simple ways to feed each aspect of your inner world:

Beauty: When you look in the mirror…look past the blemishes into your eyes. The more you practice, the deeper you go.

Sexuality: Become more sensual. Feel the weather on your skin. Is it warm, wet, cold, windy…just feel it. Sensuality brings you into the moment.

Peace: Pause and Breathe and remember there is not another soul on the planet like you SO you will never really fit in and that is a good thing.

Truth: The most reliable truth you have to listen to is your body. What signal is your body giving you about your inner world?

Happiness:  Laughter is the quickest way to happiness. Watch a funny movie, read jokes or contact someone you know who brings light and laughs to you.

Strength: REMOVE victim mentality from your language and thoughts. There is no one to blame for how things are working for you.

Love: Hug yourself every morning before you get out of bed…even if you have someone else to hug you…hug yourself too.

Juice: Place your hand on your lower belly (in between your pubic bone and belly button) and envision a fountain of healing power living right underneath your hand.

The more you cultivate your inner world, the more you will be able to relate to anyone, anytime and anywhere with courage, confidence and grace.

CBL#153 - Sexual Healing as a pathway through Crisis

Rod and Anita Nairne share their dramatic story of healing following the death of their only son. They went from being a conservative middle-aged couple to provocative sexual surrogates as they expanded their sexual nature to heal others. It is a remarkable story. They emphasize the importance of fantasy in intimate relationships. Coach Betty shares a WHOA baby where a report from the UK showed that Runway models meet the BMI criteria for anorexia. WHOA Baby!! Listen to the whole show by clicking the listen button.

Life was torn apart by the accidental death of Anita and Rod’s 16-year-old, only child. Their world became a circle with no corner to hide: A noose that slowly, over many years, strangled all desire to maintain their established life. From the beginning, they refused to acknowledge the potential of sexual closure, common to such tragedy. Their intimacy evolved in ways few therapists consider. Constantly expanding their sexual boundaries provided the highly charged spiritual fuel necessary to meld.

Thirteen years after their son’s death, Rod sold his busy chiropractic office. They designed an unorthodox, emotionally charged focus: A profession where they could work together while continuing to help others. Combining their skills of Chiropractic and Art Therapy, Rod and Anita made a dramatic choice to go where few will ever consider; a place far too emotionally dangerous for most. For ten-years they worked as Sexual Surrogates creating a private, safe and clean environment for women, men and couples to experience their sexual fantasies. During those years their relationship flourished. Their sexual knowledge and compassion for others increased dramatically as they physically and emotionally (always together) explored the sexual dreams of thousands.

Combining these ten-years of sexual research with their journey in search of an existence for their son is the focus of Rod and Anita’s book, Love is For Sharing: A passionate autobiography contrasting their battle through grief with the humor and ever expanding vitality of sex; this is an erotic book for modern couples wishing to break apart stereotyped walls of gender biased communication.

Rod and Anita have been married for 44-years.  www.loveisforsharing.com.

ARTICLE - The Journey to a Happy YOU

One thing is for certain. When we feel a deep inner happiness, there is a glow we vibrate out into the world.   What creates that glow is unique to each individual.  What makes you happy may not make me happy.

Happiness is an inside job all the way! Have you ever found yourself in a situation in your life where your outer world looked happy, but your inner world was not happy at all. It's a cover up for our vulnerabilities.

Why is it so hard to live an authentic life? Answer: Pressure, pressure, pressure from the outside world. The systems that surround us do not want individuals exerting their uniqueness and forging their own path.  The fear is, that it would be hard to control.

How can we wake up, rise up, and take charge of our own happiness without having to overthrow the government?  My vision is to create a path of pleasure medicine and explore the non-violent way of inner beauty and sexuality. Men and women alike, are powerful beings when we experience the juicy place of the feminine within.

Ponder this…

What takes your breath away?

What three words describe the feeling of beauty?

Where does pleasure live in your body?

If even for the few short moments you read this article, you are accessing your happy place which is directly connected to the inner beauty and sexuality place which leads to an authentic glow place that vibrates out into the world.
