Coach Betty LIVE! #92 - WOA Baby - Rheumatoid Arthritis on the Rise!

Listen in to this WOA Baby about Rheumatoid Arthritis on the rise, and the recent study from the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR).

Back to the 18th century, orgasms (with vibrators) have been prescribed for healing. My own path of RA has led me to use orgasms for relief of pain. That is why this is such a WOA Baby for me…RA is on the rise and sexual difficulties with RA patients who are taking medication is a double negative in my mind. I am not against pharmaceutical medication as it has provided much relief for me over the 20+ years I have had pain. However, there are many other ways I have experienced that can help…including sexual orgasms. I have carried that further to adopt an attitude of living an organic and orgasmic life!

Want more details…email me…[email protected].

Let's unite and reverse these trends of pain, and turn it into pleasure!

Coach Betty LIVE! #91 - Biodanza with Lyndsay Granveau

BiodanzaThe dance of life’ is an intense moment of being alive and feeling pleasure in the here and now. It reinforces self esteem, allowing us to develop our genetic potentials of  vitality, creativity, affectivity, sexuality and transcendence. In a sacred space, move and dance to warm rhythms and sweet melodies. Dissolve tensions, find  harmony and balance to body, mind, spirit. The system is integrative, enabling us to let go of fear and open up to new ways of being, finding  joy and love and feeling more alive than ever before. Developed in the 60’s by South American anthropologist/physiologist Rolando Toro and now taught worldwide. A dance-based system that is simple and fun, open to everyone, yet profound and life-changing.

My special guest, Lyndsay Granveau, talks about how this experience uses music from all over the world, has no particular steps, and invites you to self express learning about yourself as an individual and as part of a group. The first time I heard of it was when I came to France…listen in to learn more…

Coach Betty LIVE! #90 - Giving Back to the Land with Permaculture

David Rubinson is my special guest on this podcast where he shares why he moved to Eze, France and is cultivating a permaculture property. He has been an activist for improving the planet since he was 15, and continues to be relentless in his pursuit for causes of equal rights as he provides support for the FreeGaza.org movement. This man is passionate about creating an environment that will be safe and healthy for his 2-1/2 year old granddaughter.

His thoughts are bound to inspire you - listen in…

David Rubinson is an intelligent, wise and savvy person who dives into whatever he is working on 100%. Before moving to Eze, France last July, he had never gardened before growing up in New York City. Though he's been long retired from the music industry proper, most Bay Area engineers who came of age in the '70s credit David Rubinson with teaching them how records are made. Herbie Hancock, the Pointer Sisters, Santana, Janis, Moby Grape, Jefferson Airplane, Taj Mahal — his legacy will never end. Did we mention that he founded the Automatt and was the music producer for Apocalypse Now?

He is a beautiful example of redesigning life from the inside out. Thank you David…for your commitment and desire to create a peaceful and loving planet.

From Barcelona, Spain, I am so happy to share the amazing drummer, Marc Ayza. His orgasmic nature is obvious on stage as he expresses the emotions that are difficult for him to verbalize. His sweet soul and passion for pure rhythm and music can be felt in his music and in his words.

He has conducted masterclasses with Bob Moses, Leon Parker and Jimmy Cobb. In 2000, he traveled to New York studying with Eric McPherson and Nasheet Waits and creating a masterclass with Brian Blade.

Since then, his resume is long and varied as he is found playing gigs every week in either Barcelona or New York. He is ready to take it to the world now! His CD "Offering" demonstrates his incredible talent.

Coach Betty LIVE! #88 - Antonia’s Organic and Orgasmic Recipe for Life

My special guest today from Barcelona, Spain is Antonia Moreno of Antonia's Organic Restaurant. Her tag line is "Organic is Orgasmic."  Her spirit is as lively as her tag line, and when you listen in you will see why I wanted to find her (3 cab rides later) and hear what she had to say. This is authentic Barcelona as Antonia did not speak english, and I did not speak spanish (un poquito) so we have her beautiful daughter, Shell, interpreting.

Antonia is a passionate chef who has been cooking without chemicals and as naturally as possible long before it was hip to be organic. She treats herself and her family's ailments with natural healing products and organic food, of course, instead of any kind of medicine. She is an innovator with cooking in Barcelona as she has brought the vegetarian fare to a city where people travel far and wide to sample the tapas which are primarily meat dishes.

Her spirit is strong and so lively that even though she was considered strange opening up an Organic Vegetarian Restaurant, she was committed to bringing healthy orgasmic food to the world.

Thank YOU for your commitment to a healthy planet, Antonia!

Coach Betty LIVE! #87 - Marica Elles From Agde, France

Maricà Elles, my special guest, is a song writer and Franco-Spanish performer with a beautiful voice. It was fascinating to listen to her perspective on how the health of our world is dependent on women taking care of themselves. All over the world, the awareness of the need for women to step into their happiness is known. The opening audio to her interview is her beautiful voice singing live at the La Belge Biere in Agde, France where they serve coconut, strawberry and mango beers. You may be surprised at the song she is singing.

CBL - On The Road in Europe - Organic and Orgasmic Living at its Best

Bonjour!

I am on the road in France with a side trip to Barcelona, Spain last weekend. The upcoming European interviews will begin to post on Friday, June 4th. I have interviewed Marica, singer/dance extraordinaire from Agde, France, Antonia Moreno of Antoina’s Organic Kitchen in Barcelona, and also Marc Ayza, fabulous drummer, also from Barcelona. Much more from Europe to come…

Tonight I am in Eze, France which is on the French Riviera between Monaco and Nice. It is a small village where the air is clear, and much of the food is organic. Our host is converting a neglected hillside property into a permaculture environment. He is a retired music producer from the San Francisco Bay Area who is recreating himself and exploring nature to a new level. I will interview him on his inspiring story so stay tuned for that.

Some of my observations of how Europe is helping to care for the planet:

  • Turning lights on in a hotel has to be done with your room key-can’t leave the lights on when you leave
  • Capturing rain to water yards is common practice
  • Often see the French wearing the same clothes for several days in a row eliminating need to do laundry
  • Hanging clothes on drying racks is typical practice…
  • Every single toilet I have seen here has a dual flush mode

Let’s keep learning how to heal our planet?
