A Brief Overview — The Four-Step Process

Coach Betty has developed a four-step process to “redesign and realign,” opening the door to healthier relationships in your life. This will be a book coming soon chocked full of tips, but this will get you started.

Step 1: Clear

The clearing step involves taking short, frequent silent breaks of 30 seconds during the day. This helps you declutter your mind of distractions and make sure the choices you’re making align with your desires and values.

Step 2: Assess

Everyone carries a defining uniqueness. We all have strengths and experiences moments when our magnificence shines. When we acknowledge our inner strengths, we can contribute in a positive way to the world.

Step 3: Integrate

This step can be the most fun. When you begin to discover who you are, you build on what is working well. At the same time you determine what “meaningful relationship” means to you.

Step 4: Master

BE a Master of yourself and leave everyone else out of it. Keep the focus on you, and learn the difference between ego and magnificence. When you allow your personal radiance to shine brightly, you send out a force of beautiful light into the world.

Green Think #14 - A Force for Good and Simple Healing

On this episode of Green Think, Coach Betty talks with Steve Newcomb, Co-Founder and CEO of Virgance 2.0, a company dedicated to creating direct and tangible positivity in the world. Her second guest, Adee Swanson, is a Hypnotherapist, Coach, and an expert on the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a simple, yet powerful, healing technique.

Listen to Steve and Adee now…

Steve Newcomb

If you’re a Star-Trek groupie like Steve Newcomb, you’ve probably heard of Virgance. In fact, the company name was born from this George Lucas-coined concept: the birth of a powerful new force in nature that can be used for good or for evil.

Seeking to provide world-changing activism campaigns, Virgance has had amazing success in combining technology and humanitarianism to create a powerful force for good in the world.

Listen as Steve tells of the startling results they’ve achieved with their campaign to provide affordable solar power to businesses. Read more about this campaign and others at Virgance.com.

Steve will be speaking at the Sustainable Brands Conference 09 in Monterey, California (late May/early June) to announce their third campaign to create a more balanced and sustainable world. Don’t miss this fascinating interview and learn more about the campaigns and what this amazing innovator is up to.

Adee Swanson

Next, Adee Swanson talks about the easy-to-learn Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) - tapping sequences that you can do yourself to heal emotional and physical pain.

As she explains, the power of this work is found in the simplicity of the execution. Some feel uncomfortable at first with the technique because our brains (left side) cannot make sense of it. However, when we trust and believe we have the potential to heal ourselves, the simple tapping on energetic pathways to release pain can become our own personal medicine.

Check out a diagram of how this works at AdeeSwanson.com. Quench your curiosity and listen in.
